Follow these steps to send us a job:
1. Get an official quote.
Your job can't be initiated without a signed estimate. You can get a preliminary quote using our Online Quote System option. Or call us if you need to discuss your specifications.
2. Send us your files.
Most customers prefer to send files on removable media such as Zip, Jaz and Syquest because pre-press files tend to be large. However, with our high speed internet access, you may be able to save valuable time by sending files to our FTP site. If you are unfamilar and need Help with FTP Click Here
3. Output Method
You have 2 choice for output to the Quickmaster DI.
- You can download the postscript drivers for your computer platform and applications, and generate a postscript file for the DI. This is by far the best method and will typically ensure that there are no font or image issues. To learn more about creating a separated postscript file for your computer please choose a link.
For Windows 95 / NT users
For Macintosh users
- You can send us your source files, all the fonts and graphics used and linked to the document and we will create the output file for you. This method will cost you more money but is better for clients that either don't have the time or the experience to create separations.
1. For new clients, your first job will be C.O.D. or credit card for payment, unless credit is previously established with Stop and Go Reproductions You can fill out our online credit application.
3. Minimum order for the Quickmaster is $400. Once we begin your job, there is a $400 cancellation fee.
All jobs must be submitted with a completed and signed order/quote form before any work can be considered "in house and ready for production." Jobs submitted without an order/quote form will not be processed until these requirements are met.
Jobs submitted on multiple floppies will be assessed charges of $5.00 per disk after the first three. Larger files should be sent uncompressed on SyQuest (any size), Bernoulli (90, 150, 230), optical (128, 230), Zip, Jaz, etc. If the files are compressed on multiple disks a time charge may also apply.
Jobs submitted via the internet will receive no extra time charges.
